In private practice since 2006, Erin has helped hundreds of clients throughout the Bay Area.  Erin uses a holistic, mindfulness-based approach that incorporates attachment theory, family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy, with a strong existential influence.

 

Erin’s approach is warm, personal, practical, and engaged. Erin sees therapy as a highly collaborative, interactive process of identifying what changes clients want to make in their lives and then working closely together to make those desires a reality.  She prides herself on her ability to get to the heart of the matter and help clients find relief and support from the very first session.

Individual Therapy

Erin creates a safe space for clients to feel truly supported.  Every session is personalized to meet the client’s specific needs and goals. Clients will gain useful new tools and perspectives to practice outside of therapy.

Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation

Erin offers a holistic approach to therapy incorporating mindfulness practice, meditation, and somatic awareness.  These tools are useful to help clients cope with life’s stresses and create more peace of mind.

Erin has extensive experience working with families to improve communication, increase awareness of underlying family dynamics, and create healthy new patterns of relating to one another.
